We hope that you love your products, but sometimes things just don’t work out.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re confident you’re going to fall in love with our range, so confident that we offer a satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product you may initiative a return or exchange up to 90 days after the date of purchase. There is a £2.50 postage fee for this service.

Returns

If you receive an incorrect item, an item that is faulty or an item that is damaged you may return your item free of charge. All returned items must be unused, sealed and in their original packaging to qualify.

If you no longer wish to keep your items for any reason other than those listed above, including if you wish to enact our satisfaction guarantee, you will be charged a £2.50 postage fee for your return.

 

Start Exchange or Return

 

All returns must be initiated within 90 days of purchase. Refunds are be made to the original payment method following receipt of your return and subject to inspection, any charges incurred are deducted from the value refunded.

Exchanges
You may exchange your item(s) without charge within 90 days of purchase.

If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, you will be charged for the price difference. If you wish to exchange for a lower-priced item, you will be refunded the price difference to your original form of payment. When making an exchange, if your new order does not meet the threshold for free delivery, you will be charged the relevant amount for the delivery method chosen.   

All returned items must be unused, sealed and in their original undamaged packaging to qualify for an exchange. All returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing an exchange.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you change your mind. Should you wish to cancel or amend your order, please notify us as soon as possible. If your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
